ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
All skin cream ingredients are USDA Certified Organic, except for the beeswax, which is 100% pure and ethically sourced from Canadian beekeepers who use organic practices. All herbal tea blends are made with 100% USDA Certified Organic herbs.
WHAT IS CHAGA?
Chaga is a medicinal mushroom with many healing properties. It is high in nutrients and antioxidants, so it is particularly beneficial for the skin. It is also anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and has many purifying and detoxifying properties. Learn more about the benefits of Chaga here.
WHAT IS ROSE WATER?
Rose water is made by distilling rose petals with steam. Rose is an antioxidant, an astringent, and an antibacterial. It balances skin oils, can reduce redness, and has a gentle natural scent that has been shown to be very calming. Learn more about the benefits of rose here.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SKIN CREAM?
Our skin creams should be stored in a cool, dark place. If desired, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a refreshing and cooling application and longer shelf life.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY SKIN CREAM?
Because our face and body cream products have no preservatives, they should be kept away from excessive heat or continual light. Our skin creams have a shelf life of at least two months, as long as they are stored at a normal room temperature. When stored in the refrigerator, the shelf life is extended to about four months.
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
Our face creams are packaged in 4-ounce lead-free, reusable glass canning jars. The lid liner is made of food-grade, plastisol-free silicone. Our herbal tea blends are packaged in vegan, biodegradable, BPA-free, and PFAS-free pouches. Our products are then mailed in eco-friendly shipping materials.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HERBAL TEA BLEND?
Herbal teas should be stored in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. It is best if they are stored in a cool, dark place.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY HERBAL TEA BLEND?
Medicinal herbs are viable for one year, as long as they are stored out of direct sunlight, which will hasten the aging and reduce the effectiveness of the constituents in the herbs.
